Shipping Policy

Most products are build to order. I try my best to get items assembled and shipped as soon as possible. Due to the current influx of orders, your custom product may take up to a month to ship out.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your order arrives damaged, please message me within 7 days of receiving your order. Original shipping cost will not be refunded, just the amount for the item. Please include photos of how the package arrived and the damaged items. If found suitable for refund or replacement, we will take the proper steps in making sure you are satisfied. If the item can be salvaged, you'll be asked to ship it back so we can fix it to the original condition and return. We try our best to package our items so they arrive to you safely.
